Send an email that contains your text to the church office.
The church office will review your proposed message. You will be contacted when necessary, for clarification of what is to be communicated.
The church office will send the message using the electronic address list that is maintained for this purpose. The subject line of the email will contain the group that requests the message. For example: "Pilgrim Church Deacons - Requesting Usher Volunteers".
It is important that the address list is up-to-date and accurate because this is a method of communication that will become standard, and save mailing costs using US Postal Service. The church office should have a procedure for following up on invalid email addresses. Church Staff and Members should assist whenever possible.
